Okay, so I'm 2 days late and about $400 short, but they seemed to be wonderful... I like it that the parade of nations isn't the same old boring ABC..... It shows that the at least 1/3 of the world doesn't run on Western Civilization theories.... and have survived for over 5000 years. Where was Western Civilization when paper was being invented? or printing?
And I thought it particularly crass that one of the 3 commentators, I think it was Matt Lauer, said "... the non-sensical way the parade.." It may not make any sense to him, but to at least 1.3 BILLION other people on the earth, it made perfect sense. Even "the West" when all populations are added up, can't compete with 1.3 BILLION. And to have been around for 5000 years. How presumptuous!!!
